Recruitment of Volunteers International Conference on Heritage Conservation and Prehistoric Archaeology of South China
The International Conference on the "Heritage Conservation and Prehistoric Archaeology of South China" will be held on 13-15 December 2007. We would like to invite all of Friends of Heritage to assist the event, details are as follows:

Besides, we need to recruit a volunteer for writing a 1000-word Chinese article about the Conference. The article should be submitted to us in January 2008, and it will be published in the next issue of "Heritage Hong Kong". Out West -
The Great American Landscape Exhibition Open to Public
The Antiquities and Monuments Office and Meridian International Center of Washington, D.C., USA ( Meridian) jointly present "Out West: The Great American Landscape" exhibition at the Hong Kong Discovery Heritage Centre. The exhibition, featuring around 70 pieces of works from various museums, galleries, collections and individual artists across the Western states, showcases to the public the diversity and richness of American culture and heritage. The opening hours of Hong Kong Discovery Heritage Centre are Mondays to Saturdays (except Thursdays): 10: 00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Sundays and Public Holidays: 10: 00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Closed at 5:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve; Closed on Thursdays (except Public Holidays). The exhibition will end on 31 December 2007. Admission is free, and we welcome all FOH to visit!
