"Cherish the Monument, Starts by Myself":
Cleaning Activity at Liu Man Shek Tong Ancestral Hall, Sheung Shui

AMO is going to organize a cleaning activity for Young Friends of Heritage and Friends of Heritage at the above declared monument, details are as follows:

Date: 4 March 2006 (Saturday)
Venue: Liu Man Shek Tong Ancestral Hall,
Sheung Shui
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Assemble Time: 8:55 a.m.
Assemble Place: Main Entrance, Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre, Kowloon Park, Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon
Content: To provide cleaning service at the above monument
Staff in Charge: Mr. Joseph Chow
Quota: 10 persons
Application & Enquiry: Mr. Fan (Tel: 2208 4407).
Successful applicants will be chosen by a ballot and notified individually.
Remarks: We will arrange a coach and provide cleaning tools for you
Deadline for Application:   3 March 2006 (Friday)

 

Activity (2)

Special Lecture in March

A joint lecture co-organized with the Department of Anthropology of CUHK and HKAS will be held at HKHDC. Details are as follows:

Venue: Lecture Hall, Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre, Kowloon Park, Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Quota: 110 seats; first come, first served.
Remarks:  
  1. No advance booking is needed.
  2. Audience will be admitted 15 minutes before the lecture starts.
  3. 2 hours will be granted to FOH for attending the lecture.
