A fire drill will be held at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre in mid-November, we would like to recruit FOH as volunteers to participate in the fire drill, details of the fire drill are as follows:

- Volunteers will return to the Lecture Hall for a briefing on fire safety delivered by the Fire Service Department and will be invited to express opinions afterwards

Loan Service of Mini Disc (MD) on Public Lectures and Seminars
To enhance the public's knowledge on local heritage and archaeology, public lectures and seminars related to the above aspects have been organized by AMO since 2004. Recordings of these lectures and seminars are now available in the Reference Library of the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre. You are welcome to borrow these MDs at our library during the opening hours of our Centre.
Regulations on Loan Service of Mini Disc:
- The services are only provided inside the Reference Library, tapes are not allowed to be loan out, a MD machine will be provided to the borrower by the library staff;
- Borrowers must sign in our record for borrowing MDs and MD machines;
- AMO may seek for compensation from the borrowers if the MD tapes and machines are damaged;
- Copyrights of all MDs are reserved, borrowers are not allowed to duplicate them without the permission of AMO.
