The Sheung Wan Route
The Sheung Wan District is a traditional Chinese residential and commercial district located on the northern waterfront of Hong Kong Island. Dr Sun Yat-sen was educated and baptised in the district and later planned the revolution with his comrades. This Route covers 35 historic buildings and sites, including the historic sites of the Dr Sun Yat-sen Historical Trail set up by the Central and Western District Council, buildings of different religions, and also traditional Chinese buildings.
