(Revive China Society) Hong Kong Headquarters

13 Staunton Street

In 1895, Dr Sun Yat-sen founded the Xing Zhong Hui in Hong Kong and made its headquarters at Staunton Street for planning revolutionary activities. The building was originally the property of a founding member, Huang Yongshang, whose father, Huang Sheng, was an unofficial Chinese member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council. This historic site is now marked by the Dr Sun Yat-sen Historical Trail. (Memorial plaque is on 15 Staunton Street)
