Recruitment of Volunteers for International Museum Day 2007, Hong Kong

Date: 12 & 13 May 2007 (Saturday & Sunday)

Assemble Time: 9:45 a.m./ 2:15 p.m.

Venue: Game Booth of the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza

Contents: Distribute AMO pamphlets

Remarks: a) Each FOH should not enroll more than one session of voluntary work

b) 3.5 hours of voluntary work will be accumulated to your activity record.

c) Successful applicants will be chosen by a ballot and notified individually.

Recruitment of Volunteers for International Conference on the Evolution and
Rehabilitation of the Asian Shophouse

The International Conference on the "Evolution and Rehabilitation of the Asian Shophouse" will be taken place on 10-12 May 2007. Our office would like to invite all of Friends of Heritage to assist the event, details are as follows:

Date : 10 to 12 May 2007 (Thursday to Saturday)

Time : 9:00a.m. to 5:30p.m.

Assemble Time: a) 10 May 2007 8:30a.m. / 1:30p.m.
b) 11 May 2007 8:30a.m / 1:30p.m.
c) 12 May 2007 8:30a.m./ 1:30pm.

Hours of Service: About 3 hours for each session

Assemble Place: Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre

Duties : To assist in reception of guests and speakers

Remarks: 1. This office will record the number of service hours for each volunteer.

2. Successful applicants will be chosen by a ballot and notified individually.
