Remarks:

No enrollment is needed.
Audience will be admitted 15 minutes before each lecture starts.
FOH will get 2 hours of activity record for attending this lecture.

Recruitment of Docents for Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre(PSTCG)

The Centre is scheduled to be opened on 14 April 2007, our office is planning to provide docent services for school and non-profit organization from late May 2007. FOH who must have completed F.7 or above, and have good command of spoken Cantonese or English, are invited to join this programme (in-service docents will be given priority and examination will be excluded). FOH are required to attend the training course provided by the Office, details are as follows：

Date : 1 April 2007 (Sunday)

Time : 10:00a.m. to 12:00 noon

Venue : Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre Exhibition

Assemble Time: 9:00a.m.

Assemble Place: Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre(AMO will arrange a coach for all participants)

AMO will provide one session of training only. Attending the training is a must for all applicants. Qualified FOH will provide docent service on Friday, Saturday, Sundays and public holidays. Friends who are interested in this docent training programme, please contact Miss Angela Lau at our Office (Tel： 2208 4413, E-mail：amslau@lcsd.gov.hk) before 10 March 2007(Saturday). Successful applicants will be notified individually.

Remarks: The Centre is going to provide docent sessions on Fridays , Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Recruitment of Docents for VIP Tours at Opening Ceremony of PSTCG

Our office is planning to provide VIP tours on the opening ceremony of Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre Exhibition. In-service docents are invited to join this event, details are as follows:

Date : 14 April 2007 (Saturday)

Time : 3:45p.m. to 5:00p.m.

Assemble Time: 2:00p.m.

Assemble Place: Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre Exhibition

Duties :

Two docents are required to provide docent service at Ping Shan Tang Ancestral Hall and Kun Ting Study Hall
Provide guide visit to VIP & guests.

The Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre Exhibition is scheduled to be opened in 14 April 2007, our office would like to invite Friends of Heritage to assist the event, details are as follows:
