The Centre may adopt suitable crowd control measures to ensure orderly admission whenever necessary.Inclement Weather Arrangement
| Typhoon Signal No.8 or above: | The Centre will be closed and remain closed if the signal is lowered less than 2 hours before the closing time of the day. |
| Black Rainstorm Warning: | If the warning is issued during opening hours, the Centre will remain open. If the warning is issued before the day's opening time, the Centre will not be open until the warning is cancelled. If the warning is cancelled less than 2 hours before the day's closing time, the Centre will remain closed on the day. |
