Group Visits

Group Visits of Schools, Non-profit-making Organizations

The Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery introduces the history and cultural of Tang clan and New Territories, and also the monuments along the Ping Shan Heritage Trail. To enhance visitors' understanding of exhibitions, we will provide free guided tours (in Cantonese only) for schools and registered non-profit-making organizations. Our docents will introduce the content of the exhibitions to the participants. Each tour lasts for 60 minutes, and the optimum number of visit falls within the range of 25 to 30.

Every Tuesday to Saturday A. 10:30a.m. to 11:30a.m.
B. 11:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.
C. 2:30pm. to 3:30p.m.
D. 3:30pm. to 4:30p.m.

Application Procedures

Docent services are arranged on a first come first served basis. Applications can be made 3 months the earliest and 2 weeks the latest, prior to the scheduled date of your visit. Please make initial reservation at 2617 1980 between Tuesday - Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Within one week of the telephone reservation, please submit the duly completed application form together with copies of relevant documents to the Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery by fax (2617 0925) or by mail (Management Office, Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery, Hang Tau Tsuen, Ping Shan, Yuen Long, N.T.).

Public Guided Tour

Public guided tour will be available on Sundays and public holidays on a first come first served basis. No enrolment is needed. Each guided tour lasts for 60 minutes and maximum quota for each tour is 30 visitors.

Every Sunday and Public Holiday 3:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.
