Barrier Free Facilities

To strive for a barrier free museum, the Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre is committed to providing equal access for all to ensure that everyone can fully participate and enjoy their visits to the museum. We shall pay attention to the needs and limitations of persons with disabilities in using venue facilities and to offer them suitable assistance.

Currently, barrier free facilities and services provided at the Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre include:

  • A braille and tactile floor plan at the main entrance
  • Barrier free ramps in outdoor area
  • An induction loop system installed at the enquiry counter
  • An accessible Toilet at the New Block
  • Stair lift for wheelchair users to the gallery

You are welcome to contact Mrs. Ruby Ho, the Manager (Antiquities and Monuments)1 and the Access Officer of the Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre at 2208 4400 during office hours (10am to 6pm on Mon to Fri) or call the Duty Officer at 2617 1980 during non-office hours.
