Activities

Special Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions

1.  Activities at Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre and Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre:

1.1 Parents and Children / Family / Kindergarten / Primary School / Special School / Child Centre / Elderly Centre / Other Similar Organization

  • Typhoon Signal No.3 or above is hoisted or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued 3 hours before the activities begin
    Activities will be cancelled, including those scheduled to take place after the signal/warning has been lowered.

  • Typhoon Signal No.3 is hoisted or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the activities
    Activities will continue. Ć

  • Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted during the activities
    Activities will be cancelled immediately.

 

 

 1.2 Public / Secondary School / Tertiary Institution / Other Similar Organization
  • Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued 3 hours before the activities begin
    Activities will be cancelled, including those scheduled to take place after the signal/warning has been lowered.

  • Typhoon Signal No.3 is hoisted or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the activities
    Activities will continue. Ć

  • Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted during the activities
    Activities will be cancelled immediately.

 

2. 

 Activities at other places (including docent services and pre-booked group visits, etc.):
  • Typhoon Signal No.3 or above is hoisted or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued 3 hours before the activities begin
    Activities will be cancelled, including those scheduled to take place after the signal/warning has been lowered.

  • Typhoon Signal No.3 or above is hoisted or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the activities
    Activities will be cancelled immediately.
