A. Introduction
During the Easter Holiday, I joined the "Shaoguan Study Trip" organized by my school. The schedule of the trip was tight and we visited many tourist spots and monuments.

B. The First Day
1. Nanhua Temple

The scenery of the Temple was spectacular where the trees were verdant and tall, and the moulding of the god statues was meticulous. Besides, the peaceful environment of the Temple also helped us to comfort and relieve ourselves.

2. Remains of Maba People
Departing from Nanhua Temple, we went to visit the remains of Maba People who were the first tribe living in the Guangdong area. We discovered a unique "toilet culture" here. According to the locals, the excrement of people will drop to the fish pound directly which will be dissolved naturally and will not lead to bad odour.

C. The Second Day
1. Danxia Shan

The first spot that we visited on the second day was a famous mountain called Danxia Shan. I was attracted by the high mountains, towering peaks, greenwood, torrents and cloudy mist there; the view at the mountaintop was so gorgeous that I enjoyed it very much. The continuous stone cliffs and pinnacles looked like a river flowing under the abyss or thousands of horses running across the grassland. At that moment, I simply forgot all vexations and enjoyed the picturesque scenery in front of me.

2. Cultural Exchange With Local School
Students welcomed us when we arrived at a local school. We tried to get to know each other by playing games together. I think our visit was successful and we were all touched by the enthusiasm of the local students.

3. Wuma Zhai Eco-Park
After visiting the local school, we went to the Wuma Zhai Eco-Park where we learnt the benefits of growing and eating truffles. We went back to our hotel after dinner as all of us were exhausted after a whole day trip.

D. The Last Day
Baojing Gong
It is a natural limestone cave which was divided into four layers with different temperatures. The rocks inside the cave were of different shapes, some of them looked like the claws of a dragon while others looked like umbrellas. Interestingly, water drops were formed at the top of the cave during the morning which gathered on the ground forming small lakes that could reflect the beauty of the rocks in the cave.

E. Remarks
I visited many beautiful spots and monuments in Shaoguan during the 3-day trip, and I appreciated the culture, history and the natural scenery there a lot. As a member of YFOH, I would like to introduce the above cultural heritage to all my friends.
