Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival! Join the “Tang Vogue by Moonlight: Mid-Autumn Fun Day 2025” presented by the Antiquities and Monuments Office of Development Bureau to explore heritage with fun. Get unique souvenirs simply by completing designated missions in the “Tang Vogue Beyond the Horizons” exhibition, the Permanent Exhibition and the Dinosaur Parlour. Join Dinosaur Modelling Clay Workshop and take a photo of dinosaur or crimson gold dragon. Come enjoy games and exhibitions at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre (HDC) on 7 October for an unforgettable Mid-Autumn Festival holiday.

1. Landing in Chang’an City
Land in Chang’an City and complete the mission to win a surprise reward!
2. Cursive Script of a Thousand Characters Classic
Can you comprehend the cursive script imitating Huaisu’s calligraphy by Emperor Qianlong?
3. Polo Players Hide and Seek
Polo players will be roaming around the exhibition galleries of the Tang Vogue Beyond the Horizons exhibition, so find them to collect stamp. You can head to “Your Snapshot Station” to take your themed photo!

Find the answers hidden in HDC! The exhibition galleries feed you the strength to tackle the challenge!
6. “Tang Vogue Beyond the Horizons: A Golden Era of Multicultural Integration and Openness” Exhibition Guided Tours
Join our guided tours to enjoy the “Tang Vogue Beyond the Horizons” exhibition to know more about the history and culture of Tang dynasty, and the Tang vogue. You can also get a stamp after the tour. Please keep an eye on the schedule, and you may meet our Star Curator Docent.

7. Fold the Dinos and Camels
Test your craftsmanship, make the camels on the Silk Road meet the dinosaurs and get a Balloon Twisting Mission Card. Complete the task required to have a chance to get a twisted balloon animal.
8. Twisted Balloon Animals (You must first complete “Fold the Dinos and Camels” and Balloon Twisting Mission Card): Cute balloons enhance the festive ambience! Bring along the paper dinosaur or camel and complete the Balloon Twisting Mission Card. You may take a twisted balloon animal home! First-come, first-served while stock lasts.
9. Dinosaur Modelling Clay Workshop
Make your own dinosaur souvenir! Create a mini dinosaur with modelling clay and celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. You can get an extra stamp if you fold a small gift box for your mini dinosaur.
10. Colouring Monuments
Choose your favourite monuments and colour them! Unleash your creativity to create a unique piece!
11. Subscribe to AMO’s YouTube Channel
Subscribe to AMO’s YouTube channel on the event day to get a gift at Gift Corner.
12. Collect the Four “Tang Vogue” four colour stamps with special dialogue (Bonus game with no award stamp)
Four sets of “Tang Vogue” four colour stamps with special dialogue (Sancai tea ware and sated figurine model, Painted figurine of dancing black man, Painted pottery standing female figurine, and Green glazed ewer with connected bead mountain chain pattern in brown and green paint from Changsha Kiln) reappear on “Tang Vogue by Moonlight: Mid-Autumn Fun Day 2025” in HDC. Take this only opportunity to collect all the “Tang Vogue” four colour stamps with special dialogue, create a unique post card.
Rules for redeeming gifts:
Each activity has its own exclusive stamp. You will get one activity stamp after completing each activity. Collect four stamps to redeem a prize at the Gift Corner! Collect seven or more stamps to win the grand prize! Enjoy the fun and educational games! Let’s win the prizes!
Each visitor is limited to one prize each of the two stamp tiers. The prizes are available while stock lasts. The Antiquities and Monuments Office reserves the rights of final decision in the case of dispute.
