Man Kwan Pak Kau College (formerly known as Pak Kau English College) was established in 1954 in Kam Tin, Yuen Long, and has been serving students in the Yuen Long area since then. In 1969, Professor Tam Man Kwan assumed the role of principal and has been leading the school ever since. In 2007, the school relocated to its new campus on Tin Wah Road. Man Kwan Pak Kau College has maintained a strong connection with the development of education in the Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai areas. The exhibition is currently being held at the Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre. Citizens are welcome to visit.
