To celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, churches will hold gatherings for this joyful feast, and gingerbread is one of the popular food for Christmas. In this workshop, AMO curator introduced the history and architectural features of Hong Kong historic churches. Under the guidance of the instructor, participants used chocolate pens to draw church patterns on gingerbread as a meaningful Christmas gift.
